一、招聘岗位
1、教职人员
（1）特聘教授（TenuredProfessor）

2、研究人员
（1）研究助理教授（Research AssistantProfessor）
A、计算机、通信及相关专业；
B、海内外知名高校及研究机构博士学位；
C、团队合作能力强；有较丰富的实际系统研发能力优先。
（2）博士后（PostdoctoralFellow）
A、计算机、通信及相关专业；
B、海内外知名高校及研究机构博士学位，满足国家博士后入站条件；
C、团队合作能力强；有较丰富的实际系统研发能力优先。
（3）研究助理（Research Assistant）
A、计算机、通信及相关专业；
B、博士学位/硕士学位/在读研究生；
C、团队合作能力强，符合实验室研发需求。
对于特别优秀者，可突破以上条件的限制。
二、待遇
1、年薪
实验室提供税前基础年薪（不包括单位应缴纳的部分、各类科研奖励、福利待遇等，上不封顶），特别优秀者可一事一议；
A、特聘教授50-80万；
B、特聘副教授35-50万；
C、特聘助理教授25-35万；
D、研究助理教授/博士后20-25万；
E、研究助理 6-20万（学生研究助理6-8万）。
2、其他条件
A、实验室提供充足的研发空间、会议室、研讨室等条件；
B、为教职人员提供独立的办公室；
C、为教职人员提供具有竞争力的安家费，按需提供充足的科研启动费；
D、教职人员在博士后/博士生/硕士生招生上给予倾斜支持；
E、协助解决教职人员落户、子女入学入托等事宜（学校拥有教学质量优异的东北大学幼儿园和望湖路小学校区）。
备注：对满足东北大学高层次人才标准的教职人员、以及满足东北大学高水平博士后标准的研究人员，实验室待遇与学校待遇就高不就低。
3、终身教职
A、TenureTrack教职人员每个聘期为三年，最多聘任两个聘期，聘期内按国际惯例进行Tenure申请和评审，最多申请两次；若在聘期内牵头取得国家重大科技成果或科技奖励，或入选国家人才计划等标志性成果，可提前申请Tenure；
B、若申请Tenure成功，转为学校正式编制，继续按实验室协议管理和享受协议工资，且工资不降低；聘期结束后，没有申请Tenure成功，则不再续聘；由实验室聘任委员会给出履职评定报告，合格的，可推荐到校内相应岗位任职。
三、招聘程序
1、公开发布招聘信息；
2、候选人提交申报材料；
3、实验室聘任委员会组织海内外专家进行评议；
4、实验室聘任委员对通过评议（专家同意数过2/3）的候选人组织面试；
5、通知聘任结果，与实验室签署聘任协议；
6、入选者到东北大学人事处履行入职手续。

东北大学智慧系统国际合作联合实验室成立于 2017 年 11 月，隶属于计算机科学与工程学院，现公开招聘翻译及系统维护人员，具体事宜如下：
一、招聘岗位及人数
（一）办公室翻译（行政助理）1人
1. 协助完成实验室外事活动（来访出访、涉外学术会议、国际会议、国际论坛等）的组织、沟通、协调、接待工作；
2. 负责专家日常管理与服务工作；
3. 熟练掌握各类办公软件，能够独立完成各类汇报、总结、简报等中英文文字材料的撰写和PPT的制作；
4. 负责完成日常行政活动、会议的准备和会议纪要等工作；
5. 协助完成财务管理、人员津贴绩效、日常报销等工作；
6. 配合主管领导，对接学院、学校相关职能部门，进行上传下达、沟通协调等工作；
7. 完成领导交办的其他工作。
（二）系统管理员1人
1. 负责完成实验室和实验平台的各种仪器设备、家具备品的招标采购、管理与维护；
2. 负责实验室机房的建设、维护与安全运行；
3. 负责实验室的日常办公条件、网络、后勤保障与管理工作；
4. 协助开发实验室网站、微信、微博等多媒体渠道；
5. 协助完成实验室安全、卫生等制度的建立与监管；
6. 协助实验室各类项目管理、审批、备案与服务；
7. 完成领导交办的其他工作。
二、申报条件
1. 遵纪守法，爱岗敬业，品德高尚，身心健康；
2. 性格亲和，责任感强，具有良好的沟通能力、协作精神和服务意识；
3. 能熟练运用日常办公软件及基本的办公自动化设备，具有较强的行政能力和文字处理能力；
4. 全日制硕士研究生及以上学历并取得相应学位。原则上硕士应届毕业生年龄一般不超过26周岁（1990年12月1日及以后出生）,博士应届毕业生年龄一般不超过30周岁（1986年12月1日及以后出生）；
5. 翻译（行政助理）岗位要求外语水平应达到专业英语8级（不含国外获得学位者）；系统管理员要求计算机专业；
6. 英语表达较好者优先，计算机应用和实践能力强者优先，具有海外背景和学历者优先。
三、工资待遇
1. 本次招聘实行人才派遣方式，纳入学校管理体系，依据学校相关规定进行考核，除医疗、住房等待遇外，原则上享受学校正式职工的待遇；
2. 提供5-10万的薪酬，具体岗位待遇面议。

Recruitment - International Lab of Smart Systems (ILSS) in NEU
Northeastern University (NEU), P.R. China is inviting applications for Faculty/Researcher positions in International Lab of Smart Systems (ILSS) in School of Computer Science and Engineering (http://www.cse.neu.edu.cn).
Faculty positions. The applicants for the following faculty positions should have a Ph.D. degree within, but not limited to, the fields of computer science and electrical electronics. The formal references from at least three well-known experts (at least two of whom should be affiliated with the organizations abroad) in the fields aforementioned are required to be submitted with the application.
Tenured Professor: The applicants for Tenured Professor positions are expected to have distinguished academic prestige, insightful vision and the outstanding leadership in research and development of the cutting-edge technology. The annual salary for Tenured Professor ranges from 500,000 to 800,000 CNY.
Tenure Track Associate Professor: The applicants for Tenure-Track Associate Professor are expected to have excellent academic achievements and be able to both work independently and conduct internal/external collaborations. The applicants with practical experience in system R&D will be considered with higher priority. The annual salary for Tenure Track Associate Professor ranges from 350,000 to 500,000 CNY.
Tenure Track Assistant Professor: The applicants for Tenure Track Assistant Professor are expected to have great academic potentials and be able to both work independently and conduct internal/external collaborations. The applicants with practical experience in system R&D will enjoy the preference. The annual salary for Tenure Track Assistant Professor ranges from 250,000 to 350,000 CNY.
* The salaries mentioned above are before tax. The university will also provide a competitive welfare package including housing allowance, insurance and medical care services, and other supportive benefits such as child education.
* Each faculty will be provided sufficient start-up funding, offices and Lab rooms (both for the faculty and his research team). The faculty will be given high priorities in selecting excellent undergraduate/graduate students.
Researcher positions. The applicants for the following researcher positions should work within, but not limited to, the fields of computer science and electrical electronics.
Research Assistant Professor: The applicants for Research Assistant Professor should have a Ph.D. degree and be capable in collaborative works. The applicants with practical experience in system R&D will be considered with a higher priority. The annual salary for Research Assistant Professor ranges from 200,000 to 250,000 CNY (before tax).
Postdoctoral Fellow: The applicants for Postdoctoral Fellow should have a Ph.D. degree and be qualified for the postdoctoral research in China. The applicants with practical experience in system R&D will be considered with a higher priority. The annual salary for Postdoctoral Fellow ranges from 200,000 to 250,000 CNY (before tax).
Research Assistant: The applicants for Research Assistant should have been confirmed as Ph.D/M. S. candidates or have received the degrees. The annual salary for Research Assistant ranges from 60,000 to 200,000 CNY (at most 80,000 CNY for the candidates without Ph.D./M. S. degree, before tax).
